ok, so did you know what green tea can do?? cause i didn't till' i actually read it in a lose weight book! ok so i haven't been drinking green tea for awhile now but bow since i know its great for my health and for sure it helps with weight loss. sure more better to start up again right?! well i jus had my baby and i am in deep obsession in losing weight so i can go on my trip and feel/look good on it too but heres what i read bout' green tea....READ ALL ABOUT IT!!

yes! All teas contain caffeine but green tea has less caffeine then regular black tea. Green tea contains about 20mg per average serving black tea contains around 40mg.
